We've showed you 10 of the best iOS apps to hit the App Store in April but we're not stopping there. In this video, we're going to show you 10 of the best Android apps to hit the Play Store in April 2016. Why? Because it's only fair.

Launchify

The first app is called Launchify. What it does is it recommends the right app at the right time (or so it claims). Basically, it places apps under your notification panel but I don't want to discredit it. That's just what it does. I do love just being able to quickly jump to an app from the notification tray itself. You can customize which apps you see here and you can even add multiple rows of app shortcuts if you do so desire. But that feature does cost some money though. This is Launchify, go check it out.

Chameleon

Chameleon is a really visually stunning game. You play as a ray man figure sort of traversing through a 3D obstacle course. Your right thumb is responsible for jumping while your left thumb is responsible for changing the color of the figure to the track when needed. I like to think of it as a sort of 3D Geometry Dash. I don't know if you guys have played that game but it's crazy addicting, super frustrating. Chameleon is a lot of fun, you guys should check it out.

Manything

Manything Beta lets you essentially turn any new or used smartphone into a security camera. You have access to live streaming, motion detection, alerts and cloud recording. There are two options-- there is a Viewer and a Camera option. Camera is where you go to set up your security camera, Viewer is where you go to view said camera. And you can view camera streams across platforms and obviously, through the cloud. This app is compatible with both iOS and Android. The app is technically still in beta as the name suggests. But it does show a lot of potential and as someone with a ton of phones lying around, I especially enjoyed the functionality of this app.

Flyperlink

Flyperlink is a web browser optimized for multi-tasking. What it offers is a standalone tab managing system where you can open links and have apps be sent to their own little tab that takes a form of a bubble floating on your screen. The idea is that when you option a link in your current app, it destroys your workflow. So opening the link in a separate tab on a separate app will allow you to jump back and forth effortlessly. It's a pretty neat app.

Miitomo

Miitomo is a social and gaming app from Nintendo. I'm not going to spend too much time on this app because it's a little bit hard to demo. But essentially, you create a mii and you connect it with your friends who also have created their own miis or mii. Then you can play games and answer questions that will be shared with them. I think if you're a Nintendo junkie and you have Nintendo junkie friends, you'll love this app. And chances are, you probably are already using this app.

AirDroid

AirDroid is an app designed to allow your Mac or Windows computer to talk to your smartphone and vice versa. You can view all your apps and system notification on your computer of choice in real time, you can send files and photos in real time. I just like being able to work in my MacBook and sell all the notifications on my MacBook from my Galaxy S7 edge without needing to pull out the phone from my pocket. I haven't tested all the features but the ones I have worked very well.

AmpMe

AmpMe is one of the coolest apps I've come across in sometime. Say you're out with some friends and you want to play some music but all you have is your smartphones. You all download this app and link up to the same party and you can download the same music from each smartphone speaker to amplify the sound. It solves one of the biggest first world problems out there.

Click Me

Click Me: Reminder in a Click—this is one of the quickest productivity apps out there. You name the reminder and you can add how much time you want to wait until you receive the reminder or notification. But you can add pictures, memos and connect your contacts to your reminders-- all that fun stuff. But as you can see, the layout is designed to quickly allow you to add the name of the reminder and set the specified time.

MechCom 2

If you like Tower Defense based strategy games, I think you should check out MechCom 2. You can set up new bases, collect resources and design your own Mechs to crush the enemy. The game keeps everything in like with the original while adding new mechanics and improvements. This is just a continuation obviously with some fresh new features.

Boost+

I'm going to end the video with Boost+. Boost+ launched with the HTC 10 but HTC was nice enough to share it with other Android users by offering it in the Play Store. It's a really simple app to view your storage, memory usage, etc. If your device is feeling sluggish, it will fine tune to improve the performance, improve power consumption and clear unused junk files to ultimately reclaim storage. The layout is simple and intuitive. This is a very solid tool to have on your smartphone.
