Aaron's rounding up the best smartphones as voted on by YOU in PhoneDog's Official Smartphone Rankings!  For week 47, the Samsung Galaxy Note II continued its domination on both the People's Choice and Expert's Choice charts with 272 votes.  The Nokia Lumia 920 held onto second place, while the Samsung Galaxy S III took the third place spot with 108 votes.  In fourth place, the Google (LG) Nexus 4 stayed strong, and in fifth place, the HTC DROID DNA with 74 votes.  In a surprising twist, the Samsung Galaxy S III and Apple iPhone 5 tied for second place on the Expert's Choice chart.
