4K is coming and it's coming fast. With cameras capable of shooting at this high resolution launching left and right and now cell phones that can capture video at the same resolution, what does the future hold for 4K?

You can already watch movies, Netflix and YouTube videos in 4K, but it's very limited. 4K has four times the detail of 1080p by doubling the resolution. We can record video in 4K on some devices, and more are expected to launch this year, but we can't experience 4K video on our handheld devices... at least not yet.
