Aaron does a video review of Sprint's Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE, one of the carrier's new LTE smartphones.  Available now for $99.99 on contract, the Victory sports a 1.2 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Lite CPU, 4-inch WVGA display, 5-megapixel camera with 720p HD recording, front-facing camera, 2,100 mAh battery, and Android 4.0 with TouchWiz.  The Galaxy Victory is a nice mid-range device, but the $99 price point is a bit steep considering the other devices on the market.  Is it worth considering?  Part 2 of 2.
