While they're the closest two in the family spec-wise, the Galaxy S4 Active and Galaxy S 4 have some differences in various departments - camera, screen, and exterior, just to name a few.  The colors are noticeably better on the Galaxy S4 Active's 1080p HD display than the Galaxy S 4's 1080p display (the typical differences between TFT and Super AMOLED), but the camera on the Galaxy S 4 offers more features.

It's a battle of what's most important to you, be it software features, camera enhancements, or design.
