It's a test of the 1080p HD recording on the Samsung Galaxy S 4 along with one of the more unique features - the ability to record using both the rear and front-facing cameras.  It's a cool feature and adds to the wealth of software goodies found on the new smartphone.  Otherwise, colors look good, and audio quality is solid with minimal wind issues (and it was very windy outside).
