The Pantech Pocket is a mid-range smartphone with an interesting hardware design. The display is uniquely square-ish and has a 4:3 aspect ratio. Pantech says that this display shape is intended to improve the experience with web browsing, navigation, and entertainment. Surprisingly, it does actually help. With the wider display, you feel like you have much more screen real estate and reading text and playing games is much more enjoyable.
The downside to this design is that the phone itself looks a little odd. This won't bother everyone, but some people may not like it. Still, it's a decent device with a 4-inch display, 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 4G using AT&T's HSPA+ network, and a 5-megapixel camera that captures HD video. If you're into entertainment, should you check out the Pantech Pocket? Watch the review to find out.
