Pantech has a rather interesting history. After being involved in the smartphone space, they stepped back in the mid-2000s to focus on entry-level devices. Now, they're back in the market with the Pantech Burst, a 4G LTE device that's coming to AT&T on January 22nd for $49.99. Burst offers a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 4-inch Super AMOLED display, 5-megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, and Android 2.3.5 (Gingerbread). It'll be $49.99 on its own, but if purchased with the Pantech Element tablet (also coming on January 22nd), you can save roughly $100. All in all, it's a nice little mid-range Android phone with a powerful processor.
