Aaron takes the Pantech Burst's 720p HD camcorder for a spin in uptown Charlotte.  Despite being a budget device, the Burst does well in the audio and video departments.  Video quality is clear and images display clearly, and audio sounds great as well.  It may be a $50 Android device, but the HD video quality rivals some of the higher-end devices on the market.  Shot at 4:15 PM on January 16, 2012.
