Aaron does a review of the Palm Pre 2, HP and Palm's newest webOS 2.0-powered smartphone. It packs a 1 GHz processor, 5-megapixel camera, and offers a few improvements over the form factor that you know and love from the original device. Special thanks to our friends at HP Canada for hooking us up with the review unit (eh?)! It's not available in the US just yet (unless you want to pay $449 for an unlocked one), but word on the street is that it's coming to Verizon soon.

Between the hardware and the software, most of the changes they've made have been positive ones, but with HP's February 9th tablet event looming, should you buy a Palm smartphone now? We'll figure it out in the full review.
