With the Moto X 30 day challenge over, it's time to start a new one - and this time around, I'm taking the LG G2 for a 30 day spin.  In day one, it's all about getting started.

I'm putting the phone through its paces to see how it compares to the other high-end smartphones on the market, particularly as we move into the holiday shopping season.  The G2 is hitting the four nationwide carriers - Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile - and it's quite the powerhouse.  The 5.2-inch display is big but not too big - making this phone a relatively pocketable smartphone with a great display for content consumption.  It's the first US-based Snapdragon 800 device as well, so expect it to be fast in day-to-day use.  The power button and volume rocker is on the back of the device, giving it a unique design, and the "knock" feature to turn on the display is a unique touch.
