Aaron reviews AT&T's HTC Titan II, one of two brand new Windows Phones on the carrier. Available now for $199.99, Titan II offers a 1.5 GHz Scorpion processor, 4.7-inch S-LCD with 480x800 pixels, an incredible 16-megapixel shooter with 720p HD video recording, a front-facing camera, 1,730 mAh battery, and 4G LTE connectivity.
