It's Christmas in July! Aaron unboxes the HTC Status at AT&T's holiday event in New York City. Specifications include an 800 MHz processor, 2.6-inch display, 5-megapixel camera with flash, front-facing camera, and Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) with HTC Sense 2.1 (though it looks a lot like Sense 3.0). It's a Facebook-oriented phone, but it's also a competitor to RIM's BlackBerry product with the full QWERTY keyboard. Is it worth a look?
