The Galaxy S4 mini has a 1.7 GHz dual-core Snapdragon 400 CPU, 4.3-inch qHD display (540x960 pixels), 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, 1.5 GB of RAM, 1,900 mAh battery, and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with TouchWiz. Neither one is available on a carrier in the US just yet.
