The mini variants are in the house!  Aaron takes a look at the HTC One mini and Samsung Galaxy S4 mini, the tiny versions of the two flagship Android smartphones.  The HTC One mini sports a 1.4 GHz dual-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 4.3-inch 720p HD display, 4-ultrapixel shooter with 1080p HD recording, 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, 1,800 mAh battery, and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with Sense 5.  The Galaxy S4 mini has a 1.7 GHz dual-core Snapdragon 400 CPU, 4.3-inch qHD display (540x960 pixels), 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, 1.5 GB of RAM, 1,900 mAh battery, and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with TouchWiz.  Neither one is available on a carrier in the US just yet.
