Aaron reviews the HTC EVO Shift 4G, Sprint's second 4G device in the "EVO" brand and an all-around great Android phone. It offers an 800 MHz next-generation Snapdragon processor, 3.6-inch display, physical QWERTY keyboard, Android 2.2 (Froyo!), and HTC's award-winning Sense UI.
It's a really impressive device and is a nice alternative for those that don't need the forward-facing camera and large profile that the EVO 4G has. The Shift is nice as it's just as fast - faster, according to speed tests - but offers a smaller form factor and better battery life as a result. But at $149.99, will it sell when consumers can pick up an EVO 4G for $50 more?
