I've just returned from a series of HTC meetings in New York, where I joined a small group of mobile technology journalists to talk about all things HTC - from company strategy to products to services. It's obvious that HTC's struggling in today's market versus where they were a year ago, but they're doing a lot to bring the company back to where it needs to be.
