BlackBerry Z10 vs. Google Nexus 4 Dogfight Part 1

It's a dogfight battle between the best of the best of Google and BlackBerry!  The BlackBerry Z10 is the company's current flagship smartphone, while the Google Nexus 4 represents the most pure Android smartphone that money can buy at the moment.

The BlackBerry Z10 is the company's first BlackBerry 10 smartphone, and it packs a wealth of features, including a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 4.2-inch HD display, 2 GB of RAM, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, along with a 1,800 mAh removable battery.  It's available at AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.  The Google Nexus 4 is the current stock Android flagship and packs a 1.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 4.7-inch HD display, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, 2,100 mAh non-removable battery, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, and HSPA+ connectivity.  It's available through Google (and select T-Mobile locations) starting at $299.99.

They represent the best of the best - the respective trophy devices, of sorts - between BlackBerry and Google.  Which one will come out on top?  Part 1 of 2.
