The good: Great customer service.
Better reception than my non-Verizon cell friends.
The bad: There is a sub-contractor location in my town with Verizon in big lettering on the building but they can only provide help if you buy the phone from them or resign your contract with them. Otherwise you have to drive 20 minutes to get to a corporate office.
Summary: I have never had any problems with dropped calls. Only a few places around where I live where I DON'T get reception and that is in the mountains. Overall I wouldn't switch to any other cell phone company. I've been with Verizon 3 years.
The good: Convenient carrying size
Quality photos for its size
Awesome design -- I hate antennas and the E353 doesn't have one
The bad: Slippery :-P
Weak vibrate
Camera button outside
Summary: This phone is great. It's small, slick, good looking with awesome but not extensive features. One thing I don't like about it is that it has a camera button on the outside of the phone, so it ALWAYS accidentally get pressed when it's in my pocket, and takes pictures. Not a big deal since it's easy to delete, but gets annoying sometimes. Oh, and you can't silent your camera. It always plays a sound when you take a picture, so you can't take secret shots :-P
The good: Good durability, decent signal strength
The bad: scratches easily, flip button wears fast

Summary: Phone is pretty stable overall a good phone and easy to use. Camera lacks but its a phone not a camera overall good pick.
The good: Easy to use, internal memory enough for its feature, Java Game Support, Polyphonic Ringtones
The bad: Java Games take a long time to load, Included Ring Tone Making Software is highly limited
Summary: I think that the Siemens M55 is a great phone if you're looking for the 'low end' of the cell phone market.

While it does feature a lot of things, a camera phone, and video capabilities are not included.

Additionally, most things load very slowly, such as Java Games.
The good: good screen, big numbers
The bad: none
Summary: Good phone for the money. It has Get It Now, mobile web and alot of other useful features for people on the go. It has a very good camera with videos. It really needs a card to be able to get a lot of pics and videos on the phone.
The good: Can be used outside USA by just replacing a SIM card.
The bad: not supported by bluetooth
Summary: I have had this cell phone since last July. I have dropped it several times, but it is still working. Last time I traveled to Hong Kong and I could use this phone by using a HK local SIM card.
The good: - Great Reception
- Hard to break/ not fragile
- Great sound - ringtone, etc.

The bad: -A bit heavy and bulky

Summary: I have had this phone for two years now and I love it. It works as great as the first day that I received it. The reception is really great, it hardly ever breaks up or drops calls, and is indestructable! (I have dropped it a dozen times!) It is a bit heavy and larger than some phones, but I prefer it. I would recommend this phone for any Motorola lovers who are used to the Menu system, phone book, etc.
The good: Small,Lightweight
The bad: Bad reception, No reception
Summary: I like that the phone is small. But when I am in my home I have to stand in a certain spot so it will work. Sometimes my cell doesn't even ring if I have it laying on the desk by a window. Sure wish it would work the way it is suppose to!!!!
The good: pretty good signal overall, great phones and customer service
The bad: poor signal in rural areas
Summary: good overall, room for improvement. good cheap solution. doesnt charge for the small things, all inclusive no hidden fees
The good: 1) Feels more like a phone than the original Blackberry
2) Great color screen
3) Speakerphone
4) Bluetooth
The bad: 1) Battery life
2) Can't download games or ringtones to the phone
Summary: This is a great phone. Typing on the modified keypad is easy to get used to. Having upgraded from the old Blackberry, this phone is more pleasant to use.
The good: rollover minutes, coverage areas
The bad: sneaky charges get increased, like 411 usage
Summary: overall cingular has been pretty good. i have done research on switching companies but the current plan i have is great, the rollover and free nationwide long distance and free mobile to mobile. i rarely have dropped calls in my area. i dont like the miscellaneous charges though, like the 411 usage fee which is being increased this week, or other recovery fees. but im sure its like that with other companies too. overall, cingular, positive experience
The good: It is a good looking phone, with a lot of cool features.
The bad: I have seen several of these phones cracked in the same exact spot on the screen. The reception for this phone stinks. I can sit next to a person with full bars and I will have none at all. The phone cracks and breaks constantly.
Summary: I do not like this phone much. It was not worth the $350 that I paid for it. It has many problems, including the cracks and the buttons stick alot. I will not buy another one.
The good: design, speaker phone, mp3 ringtones
The bad: low-no volume,batty didn't last long.
Summary: I didn't keep this cell long. I couldn't use it unless I was using the speaker phone. When I would make calls..there were no key pad tones, and you couldn't hear anything on the earpiece. I would take out the battery and tap the back of the phone then it would work, but no more then a few minutes. The battery didn't last long at all. Some times when I would plug in the charger the ringtone would change. I also had a motorola v120 that did that same thing.
The good: Excellent battery life,
Touchscreen allows for easier navigation of menus,
Palm OS is easy to use,
Instant access to internet
The bad: No Wifi,
Slightly less signal reception,
Not easy to type in numbers,
640x480 Camera
Summary: There are not many phones that I like currently on the market. However, this phone is nice. If you like to surf the web, it is excellent. Blazer is a decent browser that comes with the phone. There are other browsers for this phone, but I have not seen any that i like.
The Palm OS is great for organizing and scheduling, and because it is so popular, many programs have been made for this phone.
The treo 650 is also very durable. I have dropped mine several times and it still works fine.
Some people complain about the touchscreen, but it is one of the best features of this phone. Occasionally you will accidentally hang up on someone, but this is rare.
The camera on this phone may not be the best on the market, but I have taken hundreds of pictures on this phone and i haven't filled my SD card up yet.
In Conclusion, this is a great phone with some minor drawbacks. The 700W is out now(its successor), but I would much rather keep the 650 because of its simplicity.
The good: good service easy to use
The bad: bad reception small display
Summary: It is not a bad cell phone if it would get better reception I think I would really like it. And if had a bigger display window I could sure see it a lot better.
The good: Good Reception.
Good battery life.
2 color LCD displays.
Picture / Text Messaging.
No need to buy Ringtones ever.
Camera Lens Swivels 180 degrees.
Buttons on the side are very convenient.
Takes Pictures and Movies (15 seconds).
WAP 2.0 (Internet browsing, games, etc).
Picture ID, shows picture of who is calling.
Voice dial, just say the persons name to call them.
The bad: No Speaker Phone.
Camera - Pictures are not high quality.
Verizon banner is every where.
When playing games, battery runs out pretty quick.
Summary: I have been using this phone for more than 2 years and it still works just as it did that first day. This phone was ahead of its time in my opinion, meaning that they packed a lot more features than you ever want. Some of the features I still don?t use but I can if I want to, for example the picture messaging, why use text messaging and burn you fingers out when you can just take a snapshot and send it over. This phone is not slim at all; it is a little big and thick, great if you accidentally drop a few times like I did. The LCD colors are very bright, and the inside one has a very good resolution making everything easier to read and the wallpapers eye pleasing. The calls are very loud and very clear, but the downside is that it has no speakerphone.

This phone is equipped with Get it Now service, which means you can download games, ringtones, wallpapers all from your phone. If you opt in for the WAP service you can even check you email right from your phone. There is also a way around this, if you find a proxy and change some settings, you can bypass the Verizon computers and get free internet, although it is not as fast a broadband and the browser screen is pretty small to view any page in full. There is also a hack for to get unlimited games, if you download a demo game, as soon as it finished downloading press the clear button to go back and download it as many times as you want, the more times you download the longer you can play it.

If you buy the USB pack you can even connect your phone to the computer and download new wallpapers and ringtones, you can also send the pictures and videos you took to your computer. You can also record a phone conversation very easily and record voice memos with the touch of the side button. You can also take pictures without opening the phone using another side button, these buttons are very convenient. The menu is also very easy to use and colorful. The camera swivels 180 degrees so you can easily take portrait pictures, there is also a built in flash for low light conditions. The photos this phone takes are great to view on the phones LCD screen but not to good to view on anything else. The videos this phone takes isn?t that great, again good to view on the LG 7000?s LCD but not on anything else. The voice dialing is awesome, just flip open the phone and press one of the side buttons and say the name of the person you want to call and it calls, if it doesn?t understand it will say ?Did you mean ?? and you can say ?yes? or ?no?, and it recognizes those commands too. If you?re looking for an awesome phone and don?t mind the size, then the LG7000 is a very good choice.
The good: Very clear every where I go. Works in underground subway areas.
The bad: Price is relatively expensive.
Summary: After trying many services Verizon is definitely the best I have tried so far. My friends who use different services usually ask to use my phone when they don't have service at a location.
The good: Has a nice design. Can take pictures. Colorful and bright screen. Gets decent reception. Can upgrade the firmware.
The bad: Earpiece volume is not good. The outer surface scratches easily. No speaker phone. Can't play MP3s. Not enough memory. Takes low-quality pictures.
Summary: This phone is not too bad. It was one of the first phones that I knew of that could take photographs, but now compared to other phones, the quality of pictures is bad. The silver color and design is good, but it scratches quite easily. The phone feels durable, though - not cheap and flimsy. A big problem is that when you are at a noisy place, you can have trouble hearing what the person on the other end is saying, but that can be helped by upgrading the firmware. However, the main problem is that it's outdated. It doesn't offer the features that new phones have, like recording videos or playing MP3s. And it doesn't hold much data. For the 3+ years that I've had it, I would say it's a good phone. But although it was good/great at one time, it just can't compare with the new phones of today.
The good: 3-5 bars everywhere
The bad: sometimes overlaps with Rodgers in Canada, and get roaming charge
Summary: Cingular has increased it's coverage across NYS with the pickup of additional AT&T towers, the coverage can't be beat. Good customer service and GMS SIM card phones make this an unbeatable combination.
The good: Stunning design, innovative touch-sensitive buttons, low SAR, MicroSD card slot
The bad: No speakerphone, fingerprint-prone, not so good battery life
Summary: Just upgraded to the LG Chocolate as I couldn't resist it's delicious design. The iPod-style scroll wheel (although it doesn't really scroll, they're just buttons), luxurious light-up design, and sleek blackness of the phone make the phone the envy of all onlookers. The feature that put it over the top was its very low SAR rating (~0.32 on ear). I'd say it's the best phone on the market right now!
