The good: In the larger populated areas, cell phone coverage is great.
The bad: I live in a very rural area, from home I have great service but travel out of town just a few miles and I can go for many, many miles with no cell phone service whatsoever!
Summary: I would like to see more towers or whatever they have to do so that there is not so many dead spots in rural South Dakota.
The good: The sales rep was very thorough in helping me make my choice of plan. No credit check was required, all that was needed was my signature.
The bad: The coverage is very sporadic in the areas I use my phone the most. I often have to ask the person on the other end to repeat what they have said. Dropped calls.
Summary: I like the rates/plans, and the customer support is top notch, but they need better coverage.
The good: Good reception compared to other phones. Must have a stronger antenna.
The bad: Not too many fancy features.
Summary: I am able to receive calls at my home when my son's phone does not get a signal.
The good: I love the color. It is a great size and it doesn't have a lot of extra features but has what I need.
The bad: Sometimes I can't get a good enough signal.
Summary: All in all it is a good basic phone but if you want extra features like a camera and such, this one does not have it. Also I don't use my phone constantly. If it was the only one I ever used I would go with a better one because sometimes, not often, but if I am out of state sometimes I do get a signal problem.
The good: Great Camera. Many features and good color.
The bad: A little too big for me.
Summary: Overall, this is a good phone to have if you don't mind its size.
The good: Cingular has raised their bars for better service in some areas, but still have low bars at my home. Hope they keep raising the bars and not the price.
The bad: I can't use my cell phone at home.
Summary: I get good reception on flat land but once I get on a hill but bars are gone. Hope they continue to improve their service. I have never had a billing problem and when I needed questions answered, their customer service was great.
The good: pictures
videos
voice activation
bluetooth
The bad: could be smaller
antenna does not extend
Summary: I have been very happy with this Motorola V551 with the bluetooth and video features. This phone could be smaller, but it is comfortable.
The good: Small, fits in your pocket.
The bad: Buttons on side of phone are easy to hit and can cause problems for the not so phone savy people like me.
Summary: My daughter and I have the same phone. She is 17 and loves it. I have some problems with mine and have to have her show me things. Over all a good phone.
The good: Fewer dropped calls.
The bad: Reception is poor in the downtown Chicago area.
Summary: Cingular wireless is one of the best wireless carriers to have. However, if you are talking where there are tall buildings or an airport, the reception is very poor and full of static. Customer service is very good, especially when you need to know a phone shortcut to find information.
The good: I like the driving mode, say a name and it dials, or it tells you the number or who is calling.
The bad: I can not get it to keep a charge. I've bought several car chargers thinking one may have been poorly made and it has had trouble working with everyone. The phone freezes and I have to take the battery out several times to get it to work at all again.
Summary: At first I didn't mind the phone itself. I thought the sharetalk button would be fun, but we have free cell to cell so we never use it. I like the driving mode, but there are times the phone gets put on speaker, and you have to shut the phone off several times for it to allow you to have a private conversation again. The same with the screen freezing, I need my phone to work , when I need it. I don't want to be messing around with the battery. My husband bought the "free" phone they offered at the time and he has had no trouble. So I guess, just because it cost more doesn't mean it will work better.
The good: Way fast web broswer. Battery seems to last longer. The ability to put pictures in contacts is a plus. Bluetooth is awesome. The picture quality is great and the camcorder is also a great new addition.
The bad: So far, I haven't been able to send camcorder clips to anyone else. I miss the favorites screen & don't like that they added something similar to the phone main screen.
Summary: This phone rocks! It has everything you could need to keep your life organized as well as everything you could want to keep you entertained. You also don't need to be a business person to have it-I am a mom of 2 & use it to do everything from organize schedules and appointments, keep contacts organized, balance my checkbook-with SplashMoney, keep track of shopping lists, play games and browse the web while waiting at Dr's appointments and such. I'm sure there's way more then that but then everyone will find this phone infinitely helps them out in 1 way or another.
The good: Got just what I was promised - free phone, free car charger, and price was what I was quoted. Service has been consistant in areas where signal is strong.
The bad: Signal in my area is relatively weak. Need more antennas outside of metro areas.
Summary: I would recommend TMobile to anyone who asks me, especially if they live in a city. I've had service for eight months now, and although the signal is not very strong in my suburban town, it generally works with no problems. I've even taken it to Canada and used it there with no difficulties. The few times I had questions, they were answered on their website, or easily obtained from calling the customer service department.
The good: This phone is very reliable!
The bad: Sanyo no longer makes the holder for this phone!
Summary: I have had this phone for over 2 years now and I have never had any problems with it. The original battery still holds its charge for along time! The camera also works quite well!
The good: + Interior Display is Color
+ Durable Exterior Cover
+ Easy Navigation
+ Semi-Customizable
+ Exterior Caller ID Screen lights up
+ Camera
The bad: - Volume is soft
- Stock Ringers kind of lame
- Camera takes pics but stretches them if you put them on screensaver
- No Video option
- Some bugs in navigation, for example it forces you out
of silent mode to send a picture (?)
- No antenna!

Summary: This little phone is pretty decent in comparison to its competitors however its definitely a step DOWN from the Samsung E315 which has a exterior COLOR display, better ringtones, more customizable, better signal strength and looks a bit more sleek.

This phone is more for those who just want a simple clamshell phone without all the fancy bells & whistles. I dont foresee this phone being on the market for very long considering its lack of competitive features. I personally do NOT like the fact that it has an internal antenna because it looks odd without one.
The good: Bluetooth friendly - can be synced up to any bluetooth based technology... Loves the Ibook. Pic and video, speakerphone, games and music
The bad: poor reception
Summary: The SonyEricsson Z520a is a good phone with fair pic and video quality (for a phone...), but the reception issues in having the antenna built into the place you put your hand when using is very annoying. If you plan on using your Bluetooth, this is a great item.
The good: It's a flip phone
The bad: Battery is drained QUICKLY!
Summary: On a full charge, I've been lucky to get 15 minutes of service before the battery is TOTALLY dead! I realize having it on standby uses some battery life, but to last less than 24 hours is ridiculous! The purpose of a cell phone is so people can get hold of you, so I should be able to keep it on "standby" so my kids can reach me!
The good: loud speakerphone
bluetooth
The bad: turns off randomly
few features
Summary: Decent phone, decent reception, but typical Motorola product-not reliable, turns off randomly, bad charger.
The good: Great screen
High Quality Camera w/ with video
numerous options and fast downloads
The bad: Navigation arrows are a bit too small and the volume is a bit low.
Summary: The camera is crisp and stays dust-free beacuse it is only exposed when the phones is slid open. I wish I could say the same for the screen which is magnificent but the problem is that it accumulates dust, I suppose this is the case for many slider phones but I've only had flip phones in my life. There are a lot of different alerts you can set for a lot of things, such as when you slide it open/closed, when you dial (you can choose number color and background color too), and turn on/off. I don't like that you can't set a custom tone for messages.
The good: Good reception.. clear calls... easy account managing!!

The bad: Goes into roam every once in a while
Summary: I have been using "Sprint Pcs" for about 9 Months now, and never had any problems. Sprint to Sprint calls are free!! And it is easy to find out how many mins. are used even if you have a family plan! It's cheaper than other providers and easier to manage. Highly recommended!!
The good: Bluetooth
Infrared
Color Screen
Camera
The bad: Low gain antenna
Summary: The T610 is an excellent phone. I've used the infrared and Bluetooth to connect to my computer both to use the phone as a modem and to use the computer as a voice gateway. Using a Bluetooth headset is much more convenient than using a wired headset, and I feel that having some sort of handsfree option while driving is a must. I've used the camera many times. Although the resolution is low compared to a standalone digital camera, it's nice to not miss pictures on occasions when I don't have a digital camera handy. Sending and receiving address book entries via Bluetooth or infrared is easy and convenient. The only real problem I've had is a software bug that surfaces maybe once every couple of months that causes the phone to not ring when there is an incoming call. I highly recommend the T610 for anybody looking for a high quality and feature-rich mobile phone.
