The good: Sturdy, good battery life, eye-appealing
The bad: Camera button too easy to press accidentally
Summary: Overall the Audiovox CDM-8910 is a good phone. It is a sturdy phone that has some nice features to it. The only major flaw is that the picture button can easilly be pressed accidentally when in your pocket, resulting in a drained battery.
I's very easy to use, even with old people. Its reception is very good, even with cingular signal. Highly recommend. my service provided is Cingular. It's very good for me....not any complaints.
The good: slim, easy to fit in pocket without huge bulges, camera, video, mp3
The bad: delicate, only 5mb memory
Summary: The razr v3 is a great quality phone. I haven't had a problem with it since I got it last year. The camera quality is decent, but the video only records for about 10 sec max. The buttons are easy to press, decent sounds and vibrator. The phone is capable of playing mp3s and allows you to set it as your ringtone.
The good: bluetooth, mp3player, good picture quality
The bad: bluetooth ftp...cant do it via bluetooth..
Summary: good phone overall, but would like that ftp turned on.
The good: Great customer service
The bad: none
Summary: I had to call customer service and I was surprised by how helpful and friendly the associate was. She addressed all of my concerns with professionalism and courtesy. I know ths good customer service will keep me loyal to verison!!
The good: Switching to Verizon was fast and painless. No more dropped calls indoors. No more loss of service during bad weather. When the bills come, there are no surprises, no sneaky charges or fees that keep climbing. Customer Service reps all speak understandable English - and I only need them when I want to make a payment by phone.
The bad: I have encountered no drawbacks during the 10 months I've been with Verizon Wireless.
Summary: Verizon is reputable, they won't close up shop when you go looking for a dealer for accessories. Verizon has all the plans you could want to choose from, at very reasonable rates. What they promote, they provide.
The good: Shortcuts allow quick access to frequently used items, Many face plate options available to style it all your own, rapid charger, voice dial
The bad: camera tend to quit for no reason, hard to change faceplates, batteries dont last very long, phone tends to reset for no reason.
Summary: I like my VX-6000 camera phone a lot. It allows you to store a multitude of contacts and memos. It has quick access to Get It Now. However the camera tends to bail on you. My brother in laws camera died after he had the phone 1 month. My camera recently died on me, but I have had my phone for a little over 2 years.
The good: Great phone, large screen, nice features, very easy to use.
The bad: Battery life is the only draw back
Summary: The phone is great. It is very customizeable. I love the calendar feature. I use it daily to check my schedule. I purchased additional software to sync to my computer. Other than a short battery life, I love the phone and have no need for an update any time soon.
The good: good coverage, fair prices
The bad: low number of phones to pick from
Summary: I have enjoyed the service I received from US Cellular. They have the largest coverage area for my needs. I have used several different other carriers in the past, but none of them has been able to meet my needs.
The good: Not even one dropped call, easy customer service, perfect quality!
The bad: None!
Summary: T-Mobile has ALWAYS offered quality service and support. Whenever you have a problem, they are there to help. I have never had a single dropped call ever. I love T-Mobile! I will continue to use there services!
The good: Customer service has always been very helpful when contacted about my service plan. Their web page provides a very user friendly format to access all account information
The bad: I do have trouble with dropped calls due to switching service from sprint service to roaming.
Summary: Overall I am pleased with my Sprint service. They are currently working on getting more towers that will provide their service in Northern MN but at this time there are still to few.
The good: small, durable
The bad: won't play downloaded ringtones
Summary: This phone is cheap, yet trustworthy. I've dropped it many times, and it keeps on ticking. Even when it was new, it would not play the ringtones that I would download. All in all, I like the little phone.
The good: unlocked, tri-band, basic phone with basic features; I didn't expect professional photography with a camera-phone, anyway
The bad: dropped calls, poor sound quality, low signal
Summary: My family bought unlocked GSM phones and SIMs in the UK to be able to stay in touch with each other while visiting cousins in London. We used the phones pretty heavily, as we'd all scatter for shopping, sightseeing, antiquing, etc, and meet back up for dinner. Voice quality and sound while in the UK were wonderful - couldn't even tell we were on mobiles.

When I decided to use this phone with Cingular back at home in the States, the signal was low, the sound quality fuzzy or poor, and the calls keep being dropped or won't go through.

I do have a newer 64K SIM, and I think that this simply has to do with poor coverage by Cingular - this phone worked well in the past, on other carriers.

I hope the free antenna thing actually shows up in the mail and actually works a bit!

The good: Tons of connectivity options with Bluetooth; Wi-Fi; Infrared; Phone. Nice design. Good battery life. Huge screen makes reading and using the phone very easy. SD card makes increasing the storage very easy. Digital camera takes okay pictures.
The bad: Suffers from a lot of software and hardware bugs. Has a very high rate of return due to different problems encountered by consumers. External antenna is vulnerable to breakage. Softwares sufferes from problem even after a patch has been released by Tmobile. Support by HP has been so so.
Summary: It is a nice device to have for convergence of technologies. In fact, having so many connectivity options together with a touch screen was probably the most brillant plan by HP. Unfortunately, they have not ironed out the software and hardware bugs before releasing the phone and as a result, the phone suffers from poor consumer perception and has a very high rate of return due to defects and problems.
The good: long battery life, good service
The bad: freezes some times
Summary: good battery life and a lot of features. The camera isn't that great and its set up weird on how to access the pictures and store them.
The good: When problems, customer service available and helpful. When the reconfigured some towers and my area became a dead zone, they fixed it in a few days and didn't charge me for the time I had no coverage (this was back in NJ).
The bad: Can't change plans without signing up for at least 2 more yrs of service.
Summary: So far so good. I'd like newer, more competitive, sleaker phones to be offered.
The good: Unbreakable
The bad: Easily scratched
Summary: I had this phone in my pocket during the Superman Roller Coaster. It fell off the ride and was still perfect. Its unbreakable.
The good: Clear sound, great graphics, easy to use, GPS, no drop calls, web capable.
The bad: Plans are a little high.
Summary: I could not get through the day without my nextel phone. It keeps me connected with my family and business in so many ways. I really like how you can keep up with family or business personal with GPS and keep track of minutes and calls on the internet nextel site. Also the walkie talkies on the phones is another great way to stay connected without using plans minutes.
The good: Compact, Good photo quality, Nice tone quality on rings
The bad: Poor reception, phone begins powering off on its own as it gets older
Summary: I have had this model for just over a year. The last couple months, the phone has begun a process of slow death. Mid-call, this phone powers itself off...and, yes, my battery is charged and conditioned. Over the short haul, this was a good, reliable phone. Give it some time and a few good connection hours, and it's bye-bye caller.
The good: Camera flip phone, easy to use
The bad: For older people, the numbers are small and difficult to see without glasses
Summary: Overall, I have been very satisfied with this phone. It is very easy to use, seldom have dropped calls. The only drawback to this phone is that I have to charge it almost every night. I don't know if it is just a bad battery or what because my husband doesn't have this problem and he has the same phone. But other than that I have had this phone for 1 year 9 months and that is the only problem.
