Love the phone... build quality isn't the best, but the rest makes up for that
i have a few issues with build quality (chipped metal banned out of the box), also no one has updated there apps as of yet, but on the plus side very light, very sturdy, vibrant display, nice sounding speaker ,very fast loading times and overall the design is great what more can i say.
more premium touch rather than the plasticy touch would 've been better and i'd like to make it less in width
This phone has everything a tech geek like me could hope for without sacrificing basic functionality. Battery like lasts a solid 12 hours and call quality is very good. It's nice to see a super-phone that effectively covers the basics as well. However Is the screen and processor that are the standout features for this phone. The 5.5 inch display may be off-putting for some but once you get used to it you will never want to go back. Under the hood is a quad core Exynos 4412 processor and preformance is....alrignt. Just kidding its awesome and with project butter baked in this is the smoothest mobile phone experience money can buy. The phone simply flies and handles hd video playback, multitasking and movies with ease. How this is #5 on the experts list and the iPhone 5 is number one I will never know. Best phone on the market right now. The new nexus devices may be just around the corner, but the Note 2 is still a solid phone and defiantly the best one on the market right now.
I've been using my Galaxy S III for a while it is nearly flawless.
Firstly, I couldn't choose between this phone and HTC One X, but I decided to keep the Galaxy because of much better camera (really high quality!), removable battery (already installed extended one) and micro sd card slot (purchased 64 gigs).
Not many people mention that it has a high quality front facing camera. I was amazed by the quality of videos taken at 720p!
Since it's not a unibody design as some rivals, I take it as advantage. I switch the back covers easily. You can find a lot of third-party made ones which will really change the look and feel of the phone! I love it.
There are some cons like display brightness which could be better. It can be easily seen when compared with HTC One X, but, on the other hand, it is still very good and the quality of the screen is top-notch.
The original battery was not as good as I expected, but since it is removable, you can easily purchase and extended one (I have a 3150 mAh).
All in all, the phone is the best I have ever had.
I prefer the apple's iphone 5 display, but the screen on the S3 it's also awesome, the battery life could be better and i love the google play.
I've been a metro PCS customer for a while now, and I've only see people complain about the service and never mention the good parts( never had costumer service problem because I go to the main office in my area and not some authorize reseller ). Yes the internet connection they offer on the $40 dollar plan suck, and yes it does not have the best coverage out there , but it certainly give you the best price for the service it offers. Unlimited talk and text , and some internet depending on your plan , and all that with no yearly contract. If someone were to compare that service to any of the major carrier from whom you have to get a contract and pay extra for Unlimited talk ,text , and data, they would notice that metro offers the best price.
The iPhone 5 is very nice designed, with the aluminium and glas Backcover. It feels very good in the hand, because its so thin and light. The only downside is, that it gets scratched easy.
The 4 inch retina display is amazing with 326 PPI. The iPhone 5 it very fast and smooth with the new A6 Chip, designed by Apple. Gaming is no Problem on this super CPU and GPU. The Quality of the 8MP Camera is very good, and the frontfacing camera now records 720p.
The Appstore Offers MANY apps and Games.
The Battery Life is good, at the end of the day i have about 30% to 40% remaining.
Overall very nice Phone :)

best phone i ever used,and by far!my previous device was iphone 4s and after i bought s3 4s just look funny and outdated,everything is better on s3!
IVE HAD THIS PHONE FOR 2 DAYS AND SO FAR HAS EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I FIND IT VERY USER FRIENDLY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH CRICKET HAS BEEN AWESOME. THIS PHONE FEELS HEAVIER THAN MOST NO CONTRACT ONES OUT THERE. THE SCREEN SIZE RIVALS THE GALAXY SIII. I LIKE IT AND I WOULD RECOMEND LOOKING INTO IT. I GOT MINE FROM RADIO SHACK.
I like the design,hardware and features ...but samsung can improve in screen pixel rate..
Incredibly difficult decision between IPhone & Galaxy. Both have amazing features, looks and perks. Personally, I think the Samsung phones have the best screens.
