This is a very smooth phone. The only cons are a sub par camera.

Fast, nice display (esp for a pentile), amazing battery, amazing calls, great build quality,and a nice choice of materials.
Beautiful design and display. HTC is too slow with Android updates. Would be perfect if running Android 4.1.

My experiences with virgin mobile has been fair. I had Virgin for roughly 5 years with not much problems. The phones are getting better. The plans are reasonable but the mobile service is not the best. Some times the siginal would be the best one day or two and on other days the service would be not up-to-par.Customer Service had not been bad as some have mentioned. I've made a dobule payment and called Virgin to correct the mistake. Virgin gave my money back and them some. I would tell people who are looking for a prepaid service to do their homework and check their addresses to see if their covered by virgins service. The only thing I don't care for on Virgin Mobile is the Virgin Mobile Live app.
I love the design, I love all the things this new beautiful device has!
The 1.5Ghz Dual-Core Processor is very fast, the camera is awesome and the design is the best part.

Fantastic phone. It has a nice Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8960 dual-core CPU, which is slightly better than, let's say the HTC One S with an MSM8260, an awesome display, and great battery life.
