I see it as a phone that still has top hardware and design in 2012.
Battery is bad even when in sleep mode..WiFi signal is week..Return the One X back and purchased an S3..
I love this phone its so smooth and the screen is incredible and the battery is great . All the phone calls are so crisp and clear and havnt had one dropped call yet . Love it .
The HTC One X is the best! For all those cool aid drinking Samsung robots...sure Samsung makes a good phone, but THE One X is every bit as good if not better than the S3. However, since your programmed to believe the hype you will miss out on the ONE!
Battery life is great my thunderbolt was very bad had to charge it all the time this one so far i have only charged it once a day. and i love playing games and music on it
It has a wonderful battery life if used properly. I went from an iPod Touch 4g with iOS 5.1 to the iPhone 4s 32GB & I was AMAZED at how much better the battery life was with the phone, even when I had the same features on. I'm a person who plays a little bit of games, a moderate texter, and I use the internet (like Facebook and Safari) a few times a day. I also have my settings to where I only have the things that I truly need turned on.
pretty happy with the S3. I was very confused whether to go for this or the HTC One X global.. but the battery life is the real selling point in my case.
the display is not good enough to beat the retina display
i sold my iphone 4s and im glad i did,s3 is a beast of a phone, you cant go wrong with this android phone
I am a man of many phones, I rotate between Android, Windows, and iPhone. The iPhone is continually the one that holds my preference and my pocket space, and here is why.
The iPhone's Retina Display is beautiful, its crisp, renders correct colors, and doesn't scratch easily. Pixels are all but non-existent, and at maximum brightness the screen is legible in the daylight. The one thing I would change is the size, not to something dramatic like 4.8 inches on the Galaxy S III, but between 3.7 and 4.2 inches. This would still allow the phone to be used single handedly, but would add in the benefits of a larger screen.
Reception on the iPhone is phenomenal, I have used the iPhone on Verizon and At&t and on both carriers the phone produced clear loud sounds from the earpiece, and people on the other line have never had issues understanding what I am saying.
Battery life on the iPhone is pretty good as well, this gets a 4 however due to the battery life not being consistent. My usage is pretty heavy, and does not very from day to day, but I do notice that the battery will hit the 20% mark around 6pm, this is with several text messages and emails, a few phone calls throughout the day and moderate web usage, as well as a few hours worth of music playback.
The design of the iPhone is phenomenal, you know that you are holding a quality piece of equipment. The glass and metal combo feel sturdy and look awesome together.
In terms of Apps and Media support, Apple is a HUGE forerunner for this in mobile tech. There is definitely no shortage of apps to download and iTunes has a phenomenal library. The one thing Android has over iOS is that iOS has less ways to download free music, which can be negative to some.
Overall the iPhone is still a phenomenal phone, and can keep up with many of the features that Android and Windows phones are still starting to introduce.
You only say that customer rep sucks and that they do this and that...but let me tell you that they work 8 hours taking from 100 to 400 calls a day . some try to be nice to all their cust and try their best to solve the issue . remember this is a prepaid company is not like Verizon or t-Mobil. If you want to get a excellent service change to another company. they are humans and they understand that you have no service but think for one second they just have a system and if your phone is not working they do what the system says to do..if you call and the person you are speaking with does not know a lot of English just tell them to transfer you to the technical department.
There are too customer rep...Spanish and English when the English line gets too busy they take some of the people that know a little of English to answer your call.that's why sometimes you get rep that their English is low. And last, when you call they think you are mad at them and not at the company and sometimes that gets them mad too and they don't do their best on helping you...so don't let them know you are mad because is going to get worst..be nice and they will do all they can to help you solve your issue. i would love to see all of you taking call so you can see how hard it is.
the perfect smartphone, witch gives you every thing you need!
amazing display that almost looks like a painting, and unlike the Galaxy s3 feels high quality
sense UI is one of the reasons to get this phone it really does makes sense
