The good: Easy to use, stylish, nice features, and rugged.
The bad: The battery life is shorter than other cell phones we have used.
Summary: We have used this new phone for four months now, and the only draw back we find is the short battery life. It has good reception and is easy to use.
The good: Great reception (most of the time). Very sturdy.
The bad: None
Summary: This phone has the best reception of any phone I've ever used - and I've had my share of phones. Additionally, the screen is nice and large allowing me to read it without the use of my glasses.
The good: this phone has such bad hearing
The bad: nice looking
Summary: i really need something to give me a good reception when im away and this phone doesnot do it
The good: I really like just about everything about Verizon.
The bad: I have a few dropped calls occasionally
Summary: I would basically recommend verizon to anyone. Between having a large selection of the latest and greatest phones along with having excellent customer service it's really a no brainer.
The good: You can change the design of your phone
The bad: There are only 6 buttons for the #'s to dial. Two #'s share a button and sometimes it's hard to hit the right one
Summary: You get used to the way the #'s are set up, but it can get annoying having to make sure your finger either hits the top of the button or bottom of the button. All in all, it's a nice phone and I haven't had any problems with it, but I'll be happy when I can trade it in for something new.
The good: lightweight, big buttons, clear display, good battery life, simple navigation
The bad: Battery life could be better
Summary: My Nokia phone is very easy to use. It has big buttons and a big easy-to-read-screen. The menu is very user-friendly. I prefer a simple phone because I do not like the complicated, newer phones.
The good: no dropped calls
strong signal strength
The bad: None
Summary: I have been a loyal Cinguar customer for five years. I do not suffer from dropped calls, and I can get a good signal strength from anywhere in the county.
The good: Nice comfort grip on outer shell, loud speakerphone, durable
The bad: Volume key on side is very sensitive
Summary: The phone is good overall but it is too easy to hit the side volume key and turn your ringer to silent and you not even know it. The phone has a nice grip. Only one game was on the phone and it was a demo.
The good: I love the customer service that I receive with verizon.
The bad: I only have one or 2 spots where I have no service and nothing really bad to say about verizon.
Summary: I live in a rural area and I have great reception with verizon and I love the friendly service that I always get with this company. What can I say it works for me!
The good: Light, non bulky. Lots of features like voice dialing and programmable ringtones. Inexpensive!!!
The bad: exposed
Summary: My daughter got it for her 14th birthday and she really wanted a flip phone she took good care of it. The price was right for $19.99. Virgin has a deal for the phone for $20 and a load card of $20.
The good: Gladly recommend this company. Good service quality in my area
The bad: Unable to change phone until contract update.
Summary: A very good company. My phone was distroyed, I could not get another phone until my contract was due. Then they contacted us and let us receive a new phone a couple months (3) early. Thanks, D. Cousins
The good: Easy to use, simple navigation structure, clear display
The bad: Not enough memory to store all of my pictures.
Summary: The phone is easy to use, which i need, but I can only store a small amount of memory...I dont know if i picked the right model but the picture quality is awful as with most VGA quality cameras.
The good: Lots of little useful features ike the alarm clock, calendar, note maker,& timer
The bad: The reception is a bit quirky, and at odd places you get none at all
Summary: Overall I would say this is a pretty good phone it combines the basic features I was looking for in a phone wrapped in solid case, definitely better than my first one, which was a Sony Ericsson.
The good: The features are cool and the phones look really good
The bad: no monthly plan or contracts
Summary: I bought 5 i830 for my kids so i could keep in touch with then when there away from home .You can't beat the $1.00 a day option for unlimited chirps. I highly recommend boost mobile to any one with children
The good: The sound quality when you are playing music is good.
The bad: The phone often blacks out and has to be restarted, the volume during phone calls is horrible
Summary: This phone was good at the beginning, but then many problems began to appear. The phone would turn off at random times and would take a while to start backup again. The picture quality became worse (pictures looked very orange). Also, I rarely hear anyone when I call them because the sound is so bad.
The good: Easy dial, personalize each ringer, HANDS FREE, Voice recorder.
The bad: Cannot say anything bad about phone
Summary: I will say that I am very pleased with my phone. It has all that I need. Voice recorder come in so handy, great for that last minute reminder for the grocery store. Speaker phone great for traffic. Easy dial, all functions are easy to find, even has an alarm clock.
The good: It's a convient size and easy to use and understand for a dumby like me
The bad: none
Summary: I've had this phone for 3 yrs and it has been great , no problems at all and even pics up reception in more places than my husbands Motorola or his old LG ..I have been very pleased
The good: keypad is of a decent size for those of us with arthritis and screen is very clear - pictures are also good and easy to take
The bad: colors of nos/alpha are hard to see for people with sight problems and the buttons on the sides for sound etc.. are too sensitive to the touch when picking up the phone I am always inadvertently shutting off the sound
Summary: I prefer this model over the most recent smaller models Even though I feel the keypad is of good size for people with disabilities, visually they need more definition. The newer ones I can't use at all.
The good: Takes great pictures! Has everything you need from one gadget.
The bad: The phonebook list is not good.
Summary: This phone has an MP3 player and a camera, you don't have to carry 3 things in your pocket. The phone is good so far, however, it was kind of difficult to install a song to a number, when I connected the usb to computer and phone it just crashed. That's the only negative so far.
The good: Holds a charge for a long period of time. Great volume.
The bad: None
Summary: This phone, is somewhat compact, very reliable, and has all of the features I could require. Not one for doing more than using my phone for phone purposes, its very sufficient.
