The good: good servise, no droped calls, nationwide, detailed service plans and roll over minutes, reliable
The bad: not enough incentives for loyal customers, expensive
Summary: Overall Cingular is #1 for a reason and my family has been satisfied with their service for over 2 years now.
Love this phone. Only downfall is hard to find holder to fit perfectly.
The good: Wow, with Samsung A920 you can access the internet, download ringtones, wallpaper and games. Access to the pcs network, camera feature, play your music, battery holds up well too. Speaker phone, lots and lots of pros.
The bad: Only con I can complain of is the reception where I live. It works great in some areas but there are a lot of places I go where the phone gets zero signals.
Summary: The phone is great. I definitely recommend it. With all the features and great plan rates if you can find them makes this phone an absolute must have. Be careful if you get a plan that roaming is not included in... signals are limited in my area and may be in yours too.
The good: Reliable dependable service
The bad: A bit rude on the customer service side.
Summary: The service areas are great, not too many dropped calls, and signal is great for me everywhere.
The good: light weight easy to use
The bad: dust accumlates behind LCD screen
Summary: havenot been able to clean behind the screen to remove unwanted dust
The good: good reception, compact, inexpensive, good display, loaded with extras and good options
The bad: not enough memory, keypad sensitive, fragile
Summary: The Nokia 6102i is an overall good phone but with all its add ons camera, bluetooth, recorder, etc. it doesn't have enough memory to actually enjoy all its benefits
The good: better service area
The bad: always running out of minutes
Summary: This is the 'only' cell phone that works in my neighborhood, but it seems like I am always running out of minutes and always having to spend more.
The good: We are rarely without a signal. They also handle all billing and other questions professionally and with courtesy.
The bad: I have a hard time keeping a signal inside of my house.
Summary: All in all Sprint PCS is a good company. We have had a few things with our bill that they corrected immediately. We've been with them for 4 years and have been satisfied with the service. We've renewed our contaract more than once.
The good: friendly staff many plans to choose from and mins
The bad: rollover mins are only good for 12 months
Summary: I have been with cingular wireless for almost a year and havent had any problems with them. I dont have problems with dead zones within my area and they are easy to work with on problems that may arise. I have been happier with them then with any other company i have been with in the past
The good: easy to access and understand
The bad: harder to text message someone not in your address book
Summary: I love my motorola phone, it is the first one I have owned and feel it is better then the nokia i recently owned it stays charged longer and more durable
The good: Nice phone. Everything I really need.
The bad: Doesn't get good reception in the house. Still trying to figure out how to adjust the lighting on the camera. Pics are coming out funny colors.
Summary: All in all it's a good phone. Nice size, large fonts so I don't have to strain my eyes seeing who's calling. Just wish it had better reception.
The good: Takes videos and pics.
The bad: Cant record a song to use as a ringtone.
Summary: I love being able to share videos with family and friends. I like the size of the phone and the ease of the features.
The good: Execellent look, feel, and design. Very sleek and best razor on the market.
The bad: Accessing the speakerphone. battery life
Summary: The phone is great, it is durable and sleek. It is packed with all the function of any great phone, bluetooth, voice activation, 1.3 meg camera. The battery life is only like 3 hours talk time but, it charges quickly
The good: sleek design, light weight, user friendly, easy to handle.
The bad: Not bluetooth compatible, the operating system could use improvement.
Summary: A sleek, sexy camera phone that has all of the features that we want except bluetooth.
The good: good looking, loud ringers and speakers
The bad: Phones jumbs to voice and vibrate on its one. Cell life is very short. Is good for music and video games and web mail. Not good for regular and solid phone use.
Summary: Am not happy with this phone. Keys on outside left of phone change programing with the slightest touch. Jumps to voice and then to vibrate instead of ringing very often. There is not locking device. More for music, web mail users and not for heavy phone use.
The good: We really have had good service with Verizon so far. We are satisfied with the service. The staff in the stores have been friendly and helpful. Easy online bill pay is convenient also.
The bad: The stupid Razor phones we have are horrible. They have so many defects that we've had to return our phones twice each for replacements. The software is a problem with them too. If i had to do it again, I would not get a razor phone, but would stick with the Verizon company for sure.
Summary: We are pleased with the Verizon service, however feel that our Razor phones are junk. It's always something with them-----from the software to the actual phone falling apart. Verizon has been really good about taking care of the repairs, however. We visit northern Montana often and Verizon is the only service we have success with in this area. Overall, we're pleased with the service, just not the junky phone we chose from them!
The good: comes with camera easy to use and its cheap or free plays games good grapics
The bad: pics not high rez but still good for those quick shoots
Summary: if you cant aford the money phone right now because of the deposit this is phone for you
The good: Only service that works in most places in the county.
The bad: Iffy on whether or not the phone will work at my home. There are dead zones where we know that it will not.

Summary: Had problems with billing issues and adding lines, but overall satisfied
The good: Has everything, easy to use, and fun
The bad: none to me except battery life could be longer
Summary: It is the best phone ever invented. It has everything. Camera, speakerphone, photo id, ringer id, and more. I love this phone and hope you will too.

The good: This phone has a camera and video capabilities that I really like. I also like the menus. I like the voice record recording and the voice activated dialing. Good size screen and number buttons.
The bad: The picture can be kind of dark even when the area is lit up. I also have a hard time playing games because the center selection circle is so close to the menu button, I always have to hit resume to get back into my game of Bejeweled. It is too easy to hit a button on the side and change your ringer from vibe, silent, etc. Not enough good ring tones or wall paper selections.
Summary: Considering the cost of these phones, it is amazing to me that there are only 5 relatively decent songs to chose for ringers and the same goes for the wallpaper choices. I like the look of the phone and the functionality, but hate the fact that I set it for hit a key answer and it answers when I open it is very surprising to say the least. I do like the phone, but I have had much lower models give me a great variety of music and pictures for my phone to play with and change as I felt necessary. This phone is missing that.
