The good: customer service is good
The bad: sometimes calls drop
Summary: I've had T-mobile for almost 6 years. Fair prices and good monthly deals.
The good: voice mail, screen size, three holes for the ear piece
The bad: buttons too close, never liked the mouthpiece if that's what its called on this small a phone.
Summary: I like it being silver because its easy to see if you drop it . The screen size is alright but could be bigger. Fits nicely into a pocket and looks good.
The good: small, lightweight, voice-activated dialing, easy to understand & use, good lay-out of buttons/controls, good basic functions, 500 telephone #'s, recharges quickly
The bad: gets hot when talking, have to open the phone to view caller-ID, appears to only hold 32 appointments in the scheduler
Summary: I have had the phone appx 18 months having little to no problems. I have only dropped it 2-3 times while closed from less than 4 feet. No damage. Never dropped it when open. The value and ease-of-use has been good for me.
The good: internet,pda,easy to use
The bad: not high speed internet, not water proof
Summary: The treo is an outstanding phone that makes all others obsolete. It is like having a pocket computer that is small and easy to use, because that is what it really is you will love it.
The good: Camera, web access, and text messaging
The bad: Bad reception
Summary: Would not recommend this cell phone because the signal I get from it is weaker, and at home I can't get my web access, text message, or make calls. My other Sanyo phone is a cheaper phone but a lot better than this phone. I am very sorry I bought this phone.
The good: Video Camera, Ease of File Transfer via Bluetooth, and battery life is exceptional.
The bad: poor quality still camera. only 2x magnification, not 4x as described on camera.
Summary: Great overall phone for people who want a cell phone, but only a few extras. This phone has great reception in rural areas, but lacks in the image quality department. File transfering via bluetooth is outstanding.
The good: works fine
The bad: broke easily...had to replace it (cingular did it for me)
Summary: The style's pretty good. Camera isn't really. I had some problems with the earpiece for a while and they had to send me a new one--was probably faulty.
The good: caller ID on front
The bad: big
Summary: This is an all around good phone, durable, color screen caller id on outside. It is a little bigger like most nextels.
The good: Great customer service, very wide coverage in the US, finally getting decent phones
The bad: Very finnicky about coverage, completely strange dead spots
Summary: Verizon wireless was the decision I made 5 years ago and stuck with. My previous carrier was the driving force to get out of their contract as they had the worst customer service I had ever dealt with and the coverage was terrible.
The phones are great, their customer service is phenomenal, and they have wide coverage. The complaint I have is their coverage is extremely strange. For example, I was able to make a phone call in a remote rural area of Speculator New York where none of my friends had service. However, my home in Long Island yields absolutely no service at all. Go figure.

It's extremely frustrating to basically never get a phone call where I am most of the time, but the rest of their coverage and their customer service makes up for it. Go Verizon!
The good: Easy to see screen. Display is nice.
The bad: Not many graphics nor tones to choose from. Another turn off about this phone is the flimsy antenna.
Summary: This phone is great if your wanting to start a teenager off with something simple and not very costly but still letting them have the independence they need. I do not recommend this Nokia 6015i to older, more experienced adults that would like more options to choose from on this phone.
The good: Excellent network coverage, especially if you have a tri-mode phone vs. all digital phone. Very satisfied with customer service and dispute resolution. Verizon has always taken care of any problems I've had with my phone with a quick trip to their storefront. Verizon has also honored a new phone return when I wasn't satisfied with signal quality.
The bad: If you change your Verizon service plan, your bill will be a confusing mess for two months, but it will work out in the end. I don't particularly like the new phones Verizon is offering since they're all-digital (meaning if there's only an analog signal, you have NO service). I also prefer a phone that is a phone FIRST, gets great reception, with bells and whistles a distant second. I seem to be in the minority here since the new phones put extras first, and signal strength second.
Summary: I've used Verizon for over five years and have no desire to switch carriers. I have a very reliable phone, have had no problems with customer service or billing, and am very happy with my plan and coverage. With a couple wise choices as to phone and plan selection, I would highly recommend Verizon Wireless.
The good: ease of use, wonderful service inside city limits, many locations of retail stores, updates per text msg on plans, sales etc.
The bad: no rural towers.

Summary: Overall, I am satisfied with my Southern Line service. The only drawback for me is the fact that I live in a rural area where the nearest tower is miles up the road. If I need to "linc" someone while I am at home, I have to either get in my car and go up the road or walk around in my yard until hopefully I find a spot where the linc will beep on and I can get through to someone!
The good:
The Services provided are great, local long distance and phone as modem plan. Good rates BUT

The bad: The customer service is really bad seems like CSR's get no people training and the accounting(for bill purposes). stinks!!
Summary: I've had this service about 4 mths. and I have to have a conversation with them about my min. or my total bill is not correct with very little explanation I've also gotten baited by CSR's trying to give you a free services here and there but what's really happening is that they read just your contract date. they make you feel like you can't trust them and need to be on your toes at all times you have a conversation w/ them.
The good: Small and light weight. Cool blue color.
The bad: Camera is not the best. Ringers that come with phone are not that great. Volume could go a little louder.
Summary: I am overall pleased with this phone. We received two of them free. Has a lot of features that I will never use but are great to have if I need them. I wish the volume and ringer leves where a little louder. Other then that it is a nice advanced phone.
The good: Great phone no issues when the phone is on
The bad: After a conversation over 5 min, the phone overheats and turns off.
Summary: I have changed this phone 3x's thru Samsung and the 3 phones have the same problem.
The good: No contract; good phone
The bad: Have used one before that came with Nokia phone. Now we have a Motorola and reception has been poor, many calls have been dropped, people unable to reach us
Summary: This is a good phone to use just for traveling. However, you cannot count on consistent service if you plan to use it in just one area.
The good: Style, camera, screen resolution
The bad: battery all the way and keypad
Summary: Perfect phone only negative thing to consider is its battery life and so is the phone comes with an extra battery and a docking charger
The good: lots of nice options
The bad: not real advanced
Summary: Good phone for beginners or who dont want all the bells and whistles.
The good: It is stylish and works great
The bad: accidentally pushing buttons on the side
Summary: I love my Sanyo phone, it is very stylish. It works great and have not had any problems with it. It also takes good pics if you are going to use it for that. The only thing that i dont like about the phone is that the buttons on the side can record a conversation that you are having and the other ones takes pics. I always get those two confused.
The good: Can take pictures and short video clips. Can only store 2 short videos though and save more than 18 pictures. Easy to use, has an alarm clock.
The bad: My phone has issues with battery life, it needs constant charging. Especially after I make 3 calls of long duration it needs charging.
Summary: The SCH-A670 with all it's functions, of any flip-camera phone, but with the addition of the video capture feature added. It's still a basic user friendly cell phone, very compact size ( nice "feel" in the hands) The con is the battery life, but there is the battery save funtion which can be enabled which I don't use, that could help. So get the car charger and keep it powered if your on the go. Other than that I would recommend it.
