The good: Very small(so it can be hidden and used at work),
nice keyboard(Ease of use at work):),
inet comes up pretty quickly,
screen is a good size for the size of the phone,
It takes pics,
BLUETOOTH!!!!!!!
Awesome:):):):)
The bad: The pic quality is only really good when you have it on the right setting (but dont you usually have to have things on the correct settings for them to work????)
Summary: Well, I like that the pages come up quickly on the inet. The qwerty keyboard is awesome! Also, the size of the phone is great. Its really small to have all of those features. I mostly use the phone for inet and txting, but the call quality seems to be great as well. You're able to hear well and the ppl on the other line are able to hear you well also. I love the JAVA games...great graphics. I think that its a great phone for the price, and as far as memory, I mean, you really cant expect it to have as much as, say, a laptop. It has great memory for the size and type of phone that it is. I upgraded to this phone (and I do emphasize UPGRADED) from an LG (F9100)... Yah, it may not be a sidekick, but the sidekick is big and bulky (and seems to break a lot, from what I hear). Not to mention if you purchase a sidekick, you pay SO much more than what you would pay for this phone. Did you know that instead of buying a Sidekick you could get a decent laptop?? Not as convienient, but more worth the price. Oh, and if you wanted a bigger screen, get a bigger phone. The phone is small, so you cant expect the screen to be overly large...Anyway, I really do like this phone a lot. AND I think that its awesome:)
The good: loud and easy to use
The bad: the phone is not that bad except that it takes a bit to connect to a call
Summary: This is a great phone!!! The phone is realy loud and catches my attention and is small and easy to use.
The good: Rollover Minutes and
Clear Reception
The bad: Mediocre Customer Service
Summary: One major advantage as a Cingular customer is that Cingular offers rollover minutes unlike other major cell phone carriers. From personal experience, Cingular also has the clearest reception and fewest dropped calls when compared to other major cell phone carriers. However, Cingular's customer service is mediocre.
The good: Smartphone, Windos Mobile 2003 OS, Windows Media Player, SD Card Slot, Querty Keyboard for texting, Good Battery Life
The bad: No Camera, No Bluetooth
Summary: Excellent phone for its price. Since it is unlocked it can be used on T Mobile or Cingular Networks. This fone uses the Windows Mobile 2003 OS, which is pretty neat to have, It also has a slot for SD cards and you can store photos, mp3, vidoes and other multimedia files on it. It has windows media player to play mp3 files or to play vides although you will have to encode them using any of the encoders available online inorder to play it fullscreen. It has a flip flop keypad panel, that opens up to reveal a keyboard which is very helpful while texting. You can also read and view PDF, DOC, and PPT files on this fone. It has a decent battery life too, one charge lasts me around 5-6 hours of talk time. The only two cons about this fone are - it lacks camera (which was never a big deal with me) and bluetooth (which can be pretty painful as I live in an area where I dont get much signal except closer to my apartment window so a bluetooth would have come handy so that you dont have to make all your conversations standing by your apartment window)
The good: You can save numbers to SIM card or phone memory, extremley durable (did I mention durable), lots of tones, has lights that can be turned on or off, limited web access, customizable rear cover, interchangeable face and back plates, good pictures and video, speaker phone, very loud to very soft ringtone, no antenna, battery lasts a very long time, standard Nokia plug that works on other Nokia phones.
The bad: Center directional button is often hard to press in the correct direction, doesn't allow different ringtones for different callers, the earpiece (where the sound comes from) can be hard to get in just the right spot sometimes.
Summary: Very good quality phone that will be well worth your money. Extremley durable and quite practicle. At least with this model, Nokia didn't change the plug from other Nokia models I've had so I didn't have to buy more chargers! The last Motorola phone I had, I experienced many issues with the charger connection.
The good: I love the shape and size and all the little extras that come with the phone
The bad: no mp3 player
Summary: I really like cingular wireless and this phone it is really easy to use and has no hidden things that some people can not use. It is very easy to handle and all and all it is perfect for me and my fiance.
The good: Very nice display, great speakerphone feature, Bluetooth
The bad: If surrounding noise is loud, it's sometimes difficult to hear through the ear speaker. A little bulky in size
Summary: This phone has lots of bells and whistles like camera, capture video, Bluetooth, speakerphone, plays various ringtone formats, etc. While the picture and video capture aren't ideal taking quality shots, they are good for those quick memorable moments. The battery seems to hold a charge very well, although it drains quicker with Bluetooth enabled. And after beign dropped a few times, I can say that this is on tough phone.
The good: Decent camera with sliding lens cover, speaker phone, good call quality, holds a good battery charge, crisp color screen
The bad: External display doesn't show picture caller ID
Summary: Overall this is a good phone for its price. It has an excellent call quality and holds a battery charge for a long time. The clearness and crispness of the screen is wonderful. The only downfall is the external caller ID doesn't allow for picture ID.
The good: Great phone, Love it!
The bad: Phone turns on and off by itself
Summary: I have had four of these in the last five months and I have had the same problem with each, the unit cuts on and off by itself which is a pain when you are on the phone with someone. Also I have to call my cell phone company to set up the pic specs so that I can send and receive pics. If these problems were fixed, thsi unit would be great and I would get it again.
The good: good signal
The bad: too big
Summary: the cell phone works really good in my area of mountains and valleys. i had a different cell that would not work where i live. the cell phone seems light im really afraid that if it drops it will shatter so i wil get a cover for it soon.
The good: Great voice tone, good battery life, easy to use very simple.
The bad: none I can think of.It is a gr8 phone
Summary: It is the best phone I have used.It is simple, and practical.
The good: Great Customer Service
New Phone Every 2 Years
Huge are of service
The bad: You dont get the coolest choises of phones
Summary: I have been a loyal Verizon customer for a number of years now. Alot of my friends use differet carriers, and they look to me when they have no service on their phone. Verizon is a great carrier and plan to stay with them forever.
The good: Sleek,Nice screen, good camera, thin
The bad: screen scratches easily
Summary: Let me say that I love this phone, not only because it is small and thin, but it is an overall good phone. The screen is plenty big enough and has a good resolution.
The good: Good Picture Quality. Menu user friendly. Video recording is limited to available memory. The speaker on the back of the phone is pretty loud.
The bad: Later on with camera life, you gain picture taking lag, so you have to hold your camera there until the picture comes up. Also, you should buy another memory card because 32mb stock card isn't very much. Microphone in the camera isn't that great. There's also no speaker phone if you're an avid speaker phone user.
Summary: I recommend getting the phone if you're into taking videos. There's smoother recording for video and lag later in your phone's life for picture taking. The phone's swivel style is still nice to this day but it makes your phone look a little big. Overall it's a decent phone.
The good: I love my RAZR V3 I have no problems
The bad: Silver heard there was a recall
Summary: I have had no problems with my black RAZR but now I have heard there were recalls on the Silver one and my daughter has a silver one and we are keepin our fingers crossed that hers is ok.
The good: Thin, light weight, stylish
The bad: Fair camera, small storage space, Lags if you have a lot of media, Bluetooth signal is not too strong, no grouping for phonebook
Summary: The motorola razr is still one of the most stylish phone in the market today; however, the features of the phone is not extremely impressive. The phone is very easy to use, but the overall features are borderline good. Overall rating: B-.
The good: Small enough to carry in a pocket, easy to read inner and outer display
The bad: needs more free ringer options, no camera
Summary: I enjoy my phone for the simplicity of it. I really don't need all the bells and whistles to use a cell phone in an emergency. But it would be nice to be able to customize my ring tones without have to buy extras. The ringtones pre installed on my phone are not great. I just want the phone to ring, not play Mozart.
The good: does everything
The bad: freaks out and freezes very temperamental and not always easy to work with
Summary: all said I liked the phone and just dealt with it freezin and freakin very disappointed that the phone was a discontinued model when I ordered it and now I understand why I never did get it working up to 100% of it's potential
The good: Good coverage, great phones, simple to use.
The bad: Recent merger probably causing teething problems.
Summary: I know many people have a problem with Cingular but I beleive things will get much better with time. As marvelous as the cell system is it is still relatively imature and can only get better if everyone will just take a deep breath and give it a chance. I've personally had excellent results with their customer service and the Cingular system in general is much more effective and efficient than any I have tried.
The good: speaker phone is great when driving, camera works nicely and takes sharp pictures
The bad: i dont know if this is just for my phone but sometimes the clock freezes
Summary: If you buy this phone please please please keep it away from water! i had it for ONE month and dropped it in water and it died completely. I went and got it again but it cost a lot and i was very upset. be smarter than me!!
