it is an amazing phone! I think it is one of the most beautiful phone ever build
breathtaking phone.. I was pleasantly surprised but this masterpiece....
This phone's display is second to none. It has a 720p Super AMOLED display. What could be better? It is the most vivid and beautiful display I have ever used. People often complain about the reception because the bars are low but that is because the Nexus reports LTE bars and dBm, while other 4G LTE phones still report CDMA bars and dBm. The quality is actually fine, and the 4.0.4 update fixes baseband crashes. The design is sleek and it is thin for a 4G phone, second only to the RAZR (MAXX). There is every app and song I want in the Google Play Store. What a great phone!
I have had the HTC Vivid for over a month now and can conclude that AT&T 4G-LTE is faster than Verizon in Tampa, Florida. I have achieved 37mbps, whereas my friend's Thunderbolt (Verizon) maxed at 20mbps, on a good day. I have averaged low 20'smbps. The HTC GUI is easy to use, and has beautiful widgets and transitions. I would like more of ICS present, but it's ok. The screen resolution is great, and the longer screen does not bother me. I believe 4.3 inches is the sweet spot. I can reach every spot of the screen without stretching, unlike my dad's Infuse 4g 4.5inch screen. The screen doesn't get too bright, but it's fine in the light. The call quality is not loud, but I hold a clear call in dead spots. The speakers on the phone don't get very loud, which is very annoying. However, the beats audio integrated software is nice and brings out the low end, while making the acoustics more clear and crisp. Battery life lasts me all day with heavy use (gaming), however I do disconnect to the network as often as I can to conserve. Should last anyone a day with moderate use. The storage of the device is odd, so I'd recommend a SD card (the phone has 16 internal). I have to move apps between phone and internal storage, the same thing, to allow download of apps. I also dislike how MOG music app is forced on my phone, it's a good idea, but just not for me. Built in FM has become a key highlight for me because I use it a lot. All in all, the HTC Vivid is blazing quick, easy to use, gets through the day, looks beautiful, and only has a few kinks that make it among the top 5 phones, imo, of all time.
This will be my soon to become personal mobile..hehehe.... cant wait to have it in my hand.... Just love it... ^_^
Here in Chicagoland LTE is extremely fast. Have had no problems with connectivty at all, going between Home Wifi (N mode), AT&T wifi hotspots, and LTE, as well as HSPA. Any and all the apps that I have an interest in I have already installed. The integration between the phone, my social sites (Windows Live, Facebook, Twitter, LinkdIN, and Skydrive at first had my wondering, but now after a week I have begun to appreciate and like the seamless integration of all the sites and contacts. My only complaints would be that the documentation regarding Zune leaves a little to be desired, Actually Zune itself could use some work, but it does get the job done. The camera is not the best in low light, but with proper settings and decent lighting it does very well. The other 3 members of this household all have iphones 4s's but all seem to like to play with this new windows phone. In summary we all like it very much.
I'm not an expert however I can tell you this phone is one one great gizmo to have if your with ATT. I tend to purchase a new phone every couple months (note, gnex, captivate glide, 4s, and iPhone 4). And can say that this 1.4ghz single core snap dragon Gen two boasts plenty of bang for the buck. On paper this phone should be a paper weight however in real use it hangs in there with the best of them. Even though she only sports 512 m's of ram the pho e can easily switch from one app to another with little to no lag. I would have given the display a 3 however considering the iPhone 3gs is still on the market with how washed out that display is I couldn't help but give this phone a 4. The resolution is the only thing holding this guy down. But o ce you get used to it its not that big of a deal. Live tiles are great, updates are dead on... I have no complaints. love the phone, keep it up Nokia

Great phone once you get a rom from playful god on it. His roms more than double the battery life of the stock battery and they run silky smooth
Has everything and feels great in the hand, good screen and easy to use.
Windows Phone is a fresh air in mobile OSes..
Nokia as always produces best Hardware in this industry.
Incredible design, very original. Super strong with the poly carbonate body. The screen is just amazing, the best viewing angles of anything I've seen! Call quality is great, with nearly full bars everyday! Battery life is good, getting me through a day easily. The power is just unbelievable, the Tegra 3 just powering it smoothly and beautifully with that GeForce GPU. We'll see if Samsung can match this amazing piece of technology with their next-gen Galaxy.
I just got this phone last week> And it is the best phone i have ever had. It does everything i need it to do and more. very happy with my iphone 4s
