When I first held my M8, I didn't quite know how to feel about it. But as time went on I cant wait to sit down, take the protective case off and pass the time browsing whilst listening to music, which is a blast with Boomsound. Everything on this phone is fluid, and very rarely, if at all stutters, and boy is it fast. Call quality is excellent and so is the signal. I can now reach wifi from parts of my house I never used to be able to, and also I always have phone signal, although I am still limited to Edge in my village, it is more than my previous phone had. Battery is better than any phone I have had (including the note 3, believe it or not). The camera for a smartphone is snappy and the added depth sensor is great for adding blur effects or even 3d effects (and when it works it is great). My only quibble with this phone is that the blur and 3d effect needs improving (via an update i hope) and the volume button on the side is easy to press. Other than that for me its almost perfect, but still the best.
The bezt phone so.far.. specs are monster... and the battery life is superb, you can never go wrong with lg g2... period...
we should have the Apps that playstore also have and battery life is not enough for most of the people who using an iPhone5s
I Love Everything about the M8, im really glad i choose the m8 over the s5 i went to a Sprint Retail Store and had the two devices on my hand so i did a couple of test on them to see who of the two i was going to buy and open a framily account with. So after a good 25 minutes running test on both of them once again Htc won me over just like last year with the m7. I really enjoy this phone and everything about it makes me proud to own it. I have the View Dot Cover and that makes it even more fun to have the m8, the display, the os, the quality of the phone, sense 6 its a beast. battery life is awesome, the speed, how stable it is, the front facing camera its way better than any other camera out there and let me tell you something about the rear camera, despite everything you see or hear i havent had a single problem taking great shots with it. Its a great camera and the pictures are really good, so dont waste your time with other devices, and of course BOOM SOUND Jajajaa Are you kiding me? The quality on these speakers its superb, movies, videos, games, music sound so good that i really have this phone in my hands alld day. If you want to have the best device available rigth now, Go and buy the Htc One M8. The Best Smartphone Of 2014 Hands Down.
If you are like me and switch to Tmobile to save money things maybe not be what they seem. I've had numerous minor issues related to service. But the latest and most important is the THROTTLING. If you get the basic $50 T Mobile plan your data will be reduced from 4g to 2g at 1GB....no big deal for most of us as the plan is a good price. BUT, data is used for PICTURE MESSAGING and at 2g many of your picture text messages will not be downloaded. So once you use your high speed data if will be nearly impossible to receive picture messages until the next month.
Good device, well done , great effort. After S5 using. Please go ahead for again new innovations. Come with premium version. Wishing Sammy all the best.
My original G2 was with AT&T. I really liked it, it worked great. The KitKat upgrade vastly improved the battery life. I recently ported over to T-Mobile and have the G2 with them. Again, KitKat vastly improved the battery life. I am a heavy radio streamer using a wireless bluetooth headset. The phone performs very well. My iPhone 5 would never make it through a day, I had a mophie battery for that to get me through the day. The G2 easily pummels the iphone5 battery life.
I ported over to T-Mo on St. Patricks Day. I have no regrets. 3.5g of HotSpot included with my phone? Hell yah! AT&T charged me $50 for 5gb on a separate device with a separate contract. Unlimited texting included? Hell Yah. AT&T charged me an extra $20 a month for unlimited text. Free data roaming? Hell Yah! AT&T charged for that. Even the travel packs were expensive. I needed a map while trying to get un-lost in Vancouver BC. That was extra $20 just turning on data roaming. My minutes are unlimited, I only had 450. Yes, my high Rollover balance essentially made my service unlimited, but that makes the account variable.
I am now at the 5 weeks mark and I have NO REGRETS.
Just a little anxious in waiting for my ETF reimbursement. 8 weeks seems a little lengthy, but that's what the paperwork says.
My service is fantastic. Speed where AT&T didn't have any so to speak. Only 1 dropped call in 5 weeks. AT&T, I would drop a couple of times a week.
many people are complaining for the camera but the camera is the thing I like the most, on this beauty!
I don't want 5-8 MB pics to make things difficult instead I want speed and lively pics.
It looks amazing and feels great in the hand. Boomsound speakers are amazing and makes music sound awesome.
Every feature in this smart phone is best amongst all smart phones..
I upgraded from my hTc one m7 to htc one m8 and it is a worthy upgrade.build quality, battery life and performance is where htc focus this time...and htc deserves the credit.
phone is finished gorgeously, system is super fast and smooth, once starting using it, will feel awkward to switch back to some plastic phone with slow response system
I never had any lag or the phone never slows down like before I had s4 it was slow and used to lag a lot that made me get rid of it.
