The speakers are awesome. the screen looks great. And apps open in an instant.
I have many screens for watching youTube, honestly. I'f I'm watching videos on my phone it's an emergency, and I'll live with the 1:1 format for an episode or two of Entourage.
You will not find a hundred-million apps or whatever for Passport, but all the basic ones are there, most natively and if not (Netflix, Spotify) they can be found on the Amazon app store. I find I have hundreds more apps than I really actually use anyway .... That said, I wouldn't recommend the Passport for a teenager or my mom. As Blackberry says, it's thoughtfully designed to get things done.
Oddly the reviewer does not mention or seem to use the touchpad keyboard; this is really an innovation that enables an entirely new way of interacting with the device. Same for Blackberry Blend: Which mirrors the BlackBerry on any device (ios and android tablets; OSX or windows computers ...). This is a super cool technology new to the BlackBerry Passport and seems worthy of mentioning!

Well like the summary line says it has everything you need and a lot that you dont. I wish there was a way to just erased the things you don't need without having to root and and what not but whatever. Install a custom Rom like nova and your good to go. I returned my iPhone 6 plus for this phone and don't regret it one bit. I like the fluidity of ios but notHong beats making your phone YOUR PHONE. Customisation is taken to a whole other level. From the keyboard and lock screen down to changing the notification light color. Great phone I love the new metal on the edges but I do wish they used a different material as opposed to fake leather. And just less bloatware. Samsung really messed it up with touch Wiz but overall custom launcher and it's the best phone on the market. Hope this helps.

This excellent all around phone, very nice display with great color contrast & viewing angle. The battery life is outstanding i get almost 2 days, the OS is refreshing finally something new that works and it is fast & smooth as butter. you have to get use to the keyboard but once you do it is excellent and the touch enable keyboard is crazy good- built quality is outstanding. reception and calls is excellent, truly love this phone.

There is really nothing bad to say about this phone (hardware and design) It hits all the sweet spots for a phone in its class. I think Windows Phone OS is the best there is, most fluid, polished and sensible. Cortana is hands down the BEST personal assistant. This phone is a WIN/WIN on every level.
