After launching on Verizon in July, the Moto Z is now available to customers on GSM carriers, too.
The unlocked GSM Moto Z is now available for pre-order from Motorola. Pricing is set at $699.99 and, as of this writing, orders are slated to be delivered on September 30.
This version of the Moto Z is largely similar to the Verizon model that was released a few months ago, just without Verizon’s name all over it. That means that it’s compatible with Moto Mods like the style back, JBL SoundBoost Speaker, and Insta-Share Projector. It also means that its spec list is similar to the Verizon model:
This unlocked GSM model of the Moto Z is compatible with HSPA+ 850/900/1700/1900/2100 and LTE bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 17, 20, 25, 28, 38, 40, and 41. It should play nicely with AT&T and T-Mobile in the US.
