After revealing its own special version of the BlackBerry Passport in early January, AT&T has finally come forward and revealed when it’ll actually begin selling the round-cornered device.
AT&T says that both its special BlackBerry Passport and the BlackBerry Classic will go on sale on February 20. Pricing for the two devices will break down like this:
BlackBerry Passport
BlackBerry Classic
The BlackBerry Passport and Classic that AT&T will sell are the same devices that BlackBerry has been selling unlocked for a while now. The one big difference to note is that the AT&T version of the Passport has rounded corners, while the unlocked version of the Passport has squared off corners. That may not seem like much, but the change could make the device a bit more comfortable to hold. The fact that AT&T will be selling them also means that buyers will be able to split the cost of the devices out into several installments rather than paying all at once for an unlocked phone.
