The Pantech Perception is a mid-range smartphone from Verizon Wireless.  Sporting a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU, Perception offers a  4.8-inch 720p HD display, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, 1 GB of RAM, a 2,020 mAh battery, and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with Pantech's UI.  It can be had at Verizon for $99.99 - a solid price for a phone with some nice features, though Samsung's Galaxy S III and Apple's iPhone 4S are in the same price range.  Is it worth buying the new device, or the reduced-rate options that still pack some great features?  Part 2 of 2.
