Aaron takes the Pantech Breakout's 720p HD camcorder for a spin during a breezy Friday in uptown Charlotte.  The video quality was decent, though the audio quality was pretty choppy, particularly when the microphone wasn't angled properly.  It could be better, but given the phone's $99 price tag, it's to be expected.  Shot at 5:06 PM on September 30, 2011.
