It's been exciting the last two weeks watching the smartphones fight for position among the people and experts top 5 on the Official Smartphone Rankings. This week they actually agreed, voting the Google Nexus 5 as both of their #3 smart device. Do you agree?
"Great device, though Battery could have been improved" By PhoneDog fan LABARI on November 13, 2013
Most phones with the kind of power the Nexus 5 has utilise at least a 3000 mah battery. There was no excuse to use a 2300 mah battery. A lot of LG's lower end phones like the LG Optimus F3 and LG Optimus F6 on t-mobile have larger batteries (2460 mah) so why the 2300 mah battery on a high-end device like the Nexus 5?
With that said, it's a fantastic device with little to no lag. The Android 4.4 OS has definitely matured since the introduction of Android 4.0. Contrary to unjust popular belief, the Camera on the Nexus 5 is one of the best on a smartphone to date. Yes, the shutter speed is slow, but the picture quality is quite good.
