Heads up, Motorola DROID X owners. Moto took to Twitter today to remind us that the DROID X's Android 2.3 Gingerbread is now rolling out over the air in phases. For those of you that just can't wait a second longer for the update, you should also be able to pull the update down manually by going into System Updates in the About Phone portion of Settings. The update brings with it a new version of Blur, same as the one found on the DROID X2, as well as power management details, updated calendar options, and several other goodies. You can find the full list of enhancements and improvements right here.
The DROID X's Gingerbread update is certainly one of the more anticipated Android update in recent memory, so it's good to finally see it arriving after weeks of rumors and leaks. So, DROID X owners, what do you all think of Android 2.3? Do you like the new Blur?
