A year and a half after launching the TicWatch C2 smartwatch, Mobvoi today rolled out an upgraded model.
The TicWatch C2+ is now official, and it's most notable upgrade is that it now comes with 1GB of RAM, double the amount of the original TicWatch C2. This upgrade ought to help give you faster and smoother performance, Mobvoi says.
Other new features of the TicWatch C2+ include new watch faces and an extra 20mm silicone watch strap that's included free.
The rest of the TicWatch C2+ is largely similar to the regular C2 that launched a year and a half ago. There's a 1.3-inch 360x360 touchscreen, Snapdragon Wear 2100 processor, 4GB of storage, a 400mAh battery that'll last up to 2 days, and NFC for Google Pay. Mobvoi has included GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, and a heart rate sensor for tracking your workouts, too.
The case of the TicWatch C2+ features IP68 water and dust resistance and is made of polyamide and glass fiber plus a stainless steel bezel and aluminum back cover.
If the TicWatch C2+ sounds like something you'd like to strap to your wrist, you can buy the Wear OS smartwatch right now. It's available from Amazon and Mobvoi, with pricing set at $209.99. Color options include Onyx, Platinum, and Rose Gold.
