T-Mobile launched its low-band 5G network back in December 2019, touting nationwide coverage that reached more than 200 million people. There's still room for that network to grow, though, and that's precisely what T-Mo has done.
T-Mobile has expanded its 5G network to cover a handful of new markets in the last week. They include Twin Falls, ID; Corvallis, OR; Jackson, TN; and Bozeman, MT.
If you're a T-Mobile customer in one of those cities, here are additional details on where you'll be able to find the newly-lit 5G coverage:
T-Mo offers a 5G coverage map that you can examine and zoom around on if you'd like a closer look at exactly where 5G is available.
If you live in one of the cities listed above, you will need a 5G-capable phone to access T-Mobile's 5G network. Those include the OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren, Galaxy Note 10+ 5G, Galaxy S20 5G, Galaxy S20+ 5G, and Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. Customers who have one of those devices can access 5G at no additional charge.
