While the Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Z Flip are going to be the stars of tomorrow's Samsung event, the company is cooking up a couple of other devices that we could hear more about there. Before then, though, more details on the two products have leaked.
First up, the Galaxy Buds+. Samsung's upcoming truly wireless earbuds are now available for pre-order on Amazon before their official announcement (via Droid-Life). Three color options are available, and Amazon says that they'll launch on February 14th.
While Amazon just began taking pre-orders of the Galaxy Buds+ today, they've already been purchased and given the hands-on treatment by WinFuture's Roland Quandt.
The hands-on video above confirms that the Galaxy Buds+ feature two-way speakers, Qi wireless charging, and three microphones. We also know that the batteries in both the earphones and the charging case have been increased compared to last year's Galaxy Buds: the earbuds are up to 85mAh from 58mAh, while the case is up to 270mAh from 252mAh.
During testing, Quandt reports that people he spoke to on the phone reported him sounding like he was talking through a Walkie Talkie and that he sounded "very nasal."
More details on the Galaxy Home Mini have also come out. While Samsung has confirmed the existence of this small smart speaker, it hasn't said much else about the device. It's said that the Galaxy Home Mini could launch as soon as this week in South Korea.

Videos and images shared by XDA-Developers' Max Weinbach show the Galaxy Home Mini in action. It's said that you can make the speaker say anything you want, and a video shows it saying "At least I'm better than Siri," a shot at Apple's digital assistant.
Other details about the Galaxy Home Mini that've been revealed include the fact that it doesn't have line out for connecting physically to a bigger speaker, but that you can connect it to another speaker over Bluetooth. It apparently has two voice style options named "Stephanie" and "Lisa".
And finally, some screenshots have shed more light on its IR remote feature. This enables you to connect devices that work with IR remote controls to the Galaxy Home Mini, which then lets you control them remotely using SmartThings and Bixby voice commands.
