Apple's flurry of iOS 13 updates continues today.
iOS 13.2.2 is now available along with iPadOS 13.2.2. This update brings with it a handful of bug fixes, including a patch for one issue that could cause apps to quit unexpectedly when running in the background. Also included is a fix for a bug that could cause an iPhone to temporarily lose cellular service after a calls.

To grab this update, get your iPhone or iPad and go into Settings > General > Software Update.
While some folks may be frustrated that they've been having to update their phones with so many iOS 13 updates over the past couple of months, it is nice to see Apple working to squash bugs and get iOS 13 working more smoothly in the two months since the first update was released.
