Samsung Galaxy S10 owners, you can now try out the Android 10 update with One UI 2.0 before the general public.
Samsung has confirmed that its Android 10 update is now available through the One UI Beta Program in the U.S. Galaxy S10, S10+, and S10e owners can sign up to beta test the Android 10 update using the Samsung Members app on their device. You will need a Samsung account to register, which you can sign up for right here.
The One UI Beta Program is open to Galaxy S10, S10+, and S10e users on Sprint or T-Mobile as well as those with an unlocked device.
The update to One UI 2.0 with Android 10 brings with it several improvements. Incoming notifications are smaller so that they're less distracting, and the updated Dark Mode will reduce brightness while viewing content. Also included is an improved Smart Lock feature that'll automatically adjust the color and format of your lock screen's clock and notifications so that you can always see them clearly.
There are digital wellness improvements in the new One UI update with Android 10, too. Focus Mode will let you pause distracting apps when you need to focus, and a Device Care menu will help keep your device running smoothly and help you do things like clear duplicate photos.
While betas can sometimes have bugs, enrolling in this One UI Beta Program also means that you'll get Android 10 on your Galaxy S10 before most everybody else, which is pretty exciting. So if you want to give Android 10 a try right now, register for this beta in the Samsung Members app.
