One of the major new features of Apple's updated AirPods is the wireless charging case, which lets you charge your AirPods case by just dropping it onto a Qi wireless charging mat. Today the that model is on sale.
Amazon is now discounting the Apple AirPods with Wireless Charging Case. The AirPods are expected to be in stock on June 25th, but you can order them now to get the deal and Amazon will ship them when they're available.
We don't often see discounts on Apple hardware, so it's a pretty big deal to see a discount like this on the AirPods. Plus, this sale applies to the AirPods Wireless Charging Case rather than the plain non-wireless charging case, which is great to see. This means you'll have two ways to charge your AirPods case: wirelessly or with a Lightning cable.
In addition to the wireless charging case, Apple's AirPods 2 include a new H1 chip that'll help you get up to 50 percent more talk time than the original AirPods. That H1 chip also enables "Hey Siri", letting you call up Apple's assistant to change songs, adjust volume, make a call, and more just by saying "Hey Siri".
