Nearly one year after the Fitbit Versa made its debut, images of the follow-up model may have leaked.
Renders that claim to show the Fitbit Versa 2 smartwatch have appeared, showing a design that's similar to the original Versa. The device is shown in four color options: blue, magenta, lavender, and white.
Details are light on what features Fitbit has included with the Versa 2, but TechnoBuffalo suggests that the new smartwatch will include 50M water resistance, a heart rate monitor, a six-axis sensor, and an aluminum case.
The original Fitbit Versa launched in March 2018 with a focus on fitness. It offers features like continuous heart rate tracking, automatic activity and sleep tracking, support for GPS when paired with your smartwatch, and more than 15 exercise modes. The Versa has a simple design with a square face, and it looks like Fitbit will stick with that design for the Versa 2.
We're getting close to being one year out from the announcement of the original Versa, so Fitbit's Versa 2 launch could be close. Stay tuned.
