October is already shaping up to be a busy month thanks to events from Google and Microsoft, and now LG has announced that it's going to make the month even crazier.
LG has confirmed that it'll introduce the LG V40 ThinQ at an event in New York on October 3rd and an event in Seoul, South Korea on October 4th. The company also posted a brief video that shows a subject being photographed with three different lenses, including standard, super wide angle and telephoto which the translated LG announcement says is "suggesting a more powerful camera performance."
Judging by LG's teaser, it sounds like the LG V40 ThinQ will indeed have three rear cameras, just like the rumors and leaks predicted. Last year's LG V30 had two rear cameras, one standard and one wide angle, so it's exciting to learn that LG will be building in a telephoto lens on the V40 ThinQ. Since this is a flagship-tier device, specs like a large, high-res display and a Snapdragon 845 processor also seem likely for the V40 ThinQ.
