Apple started this week with a new iOS 12 beta, and now it's ending the week with another new beta.
iOS 12 beta 12 is now available to registered developers. You can grab it by going into Settings > General > Software Update on your device, or by accessing Apple's Developer Center on the web. Meanwhile, public testers can get iOS 12 Public Beta 10 by going into Settings > General > Software Update on their iPhone or iPad.
This update addresses an annoying iOS 12 bug that testers have encountered recently. Those people were getting an alert that said "A new iOS update is now available. Please update from the iOS 12 beta" every time that they unlocked their device or dismissed the Notification Center.
The update to iOS 12 includes lots of new features, including four new Animoji, the ability to create your own Animoji using Memoji, improvements to Do Not Disturb, and grouped notifications to help declutter your lock screen. There's also Siri Shortcuts, which will let you perform actions in third-party apps using Siri and shortcuts that you set up.
iOS 12 will launch to the public this fall.
