A year and a half after launching group plans, Google's Project Fi now lets you include your whole family in these plasn.
Project Fi's group plans now let you add children under the age of 13 that have a Google Account through Family Link. Kids will have access to the same Project Fi features as everyone else, including data alerts and automatic connection to free Wi-Fi hotspots.
Parents can use Project Fi's group plan to keep an eye on their child's data usage and set alerts for both parent and child.
Google continues to improve Project Fi and make it into more of a "real" carrier than regular folks can use, and this latest improvement helps with that. Now parents can easily add their kids' managed Google accounts to their Project Fi plan, monitor their data usage, and more.
Do you use Project Fi? If so, what's your experience been like?
