After the Galaxy S8 began getting its Android 8.0 update earlier this month, it's now the Galaxy Note 8's turn to taste Oreo.
AT&T has started pushing Android 8.0 Oreo to its version of the Galaxy Note 8. Several Reddit users have received the update, which weighs in at 1.4GB and is version N950USQU3CRC2.
The update brings Oreo goodies like picture-in-picture, autofill, and notification dots, as well as Samsung tweaks like improvements to the Samsung Keyboard and the Edge panel. Note 8 owners that've gotten the update are also reporting that the March 2018 Android security patches are included, too.
The Galaxy Note 8 was one of 2017's biggest smartphones, so it's good to see that it's finally starting to receive Oreo. Now that AT&T has started pushing the update to its Note 8, other carriers probably aren't far behind, so you Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon Note 8 owners should keep an eye out for your Oreo treat in the coming days.
