We've seen a few Samsung Galaxy S9 leaks lately that've given us a good look at the upcoming flagship smartphone, but today we're switching things up with a new GS9 accessory.
Images of Samsung's upcoming DeX Pad have been shared by Evan Blass. The DeX Pad is allegedly a dock that'll let you hook up your Galaxy S9 to a monitor and then use the phone's screen as a touchpad or virtual keyboard. There are a pair of USB ports on the DeX Pad, too, which will let you connect a physical keyboard and mouse if you'd prefer.

It's unclear how much the DeX Pad might cost when it launches. The current DeX Station, which offers two USB ports, an Ethernet port, an HDMI port, and a USB-C port for charging, is priced at $149.99.
While many people would probably prefer using a physical keyboard or mouse rather than a virtual one on their phone, this DeX Pad could be handy in a pinch. After all, carrying around both a physical keyboard and mouse all the time could get annoying.
Don't be surprised if we see Samsung launch the DeX Pad alongside the Galaxy S9 or shortly thereafter.
