Heads up, T-Mobile customers, because a new leak suggests that there’s a Galaxy Note 8 deal coming your way soon.
T-Mobile is planning to launch a Buy One, Get One deal on the Galaxy Note 8. The offer will start on September 1st and run for a limited time, according to sources speaking to TmoNews.
With this deal, you’ll need to buy a Galaxy Note 8 on EIP and then add a new line and buy another Note 8, a Galaxy S8, or a Galaxy S8+. You then go to T-Mobile’s promotions website and enter the promo code 17SAMN8BOGO and T-Mo will send you a prepaid MasterCard card to cover the cost of your second device.
This deal is available to customers on T-Mobile One and Simple Choice Unlimited rate plans. It’s also worth noting that, according to the leaked documents, this deal is retroactive for pre-orders. That means that T-Mobile customers that’ve already pre-ordered the Note 8 on EIP can take advantage of this offer as well.
Some customers will likely be frustrated by the fact that this deal requires you to add a new line to get a free Note 8. We’ve seen quite a few BOGO deals from T-Mobile lately that require you to add a line, though, so it wouldn’t be a surprise to see the same requirement apply to this Galaxy Note 8 BOGO deal.
Stay tuned and we’ll let you know when T-Mobile makes this deal official.
