Heads up, T-Mobile customers, because it looks like a new deal is coming your way soon.
T-Mobile will launch a Samsung Galaxy S8 Buy One, Get One deal tomorrow, May 12, according to an image shared by TmoNews. Both new and existing customers will qualify, and both the Galaxy S8 and S8+ will be eligible. As with most deals, though, there’s some fine print to be aware of.
To take advantage of this offer, you’ll need to purchase both phones on an Equipment Installment Plan. Additionally, you’ll need to add at least one new line of service on a T-Mobile One or Simple Choice Unlimited rate plan.
If you meet all of those requirements, you’ll then enter the promo code 17SAMBOGO on the T-Mobile Promotion Center website. T-Mobile will then mail you a prepaid MasterCard card worth $750 to cover the cost of a Galaxy S8. And yes, the maximum value of the rebate card is $750, meaning that folks that buy the Galaxy S8+ will have to cover $100 of their second device.
Nothing is official until T-Mobile says it is, but T-Mo has offered similar BOGO deals on flagship smartphones in the past, so it wouldn’t be a surprise to see this Galaxy S8 offer launch tomorrow. The good news is that since the deal is slated to go live on May 12, we’ve only got about 24 hours to wait before we know if this is really happening. Stay tuned.
